How to unsubscribe
- Open any newsletter email you’ve received from us
- Scroll to the bottom of the email
- Click “Unsubscribe from this list”
- You’ll be redirected to a confirmation page – follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive our newsletter. However, you may still receive essential account or service-related emails if you have an active account with us.
💡 Note: You can always resubscribe if you change your mind.
Manage email preferences
You can decide what type of emails are relevant to you. Update email preferences to match your interests in a few quick steps:
Directly from your mailbox 📩
- Open any newsletter email you’ve received from us
- Scroll to the bottom of the email
- Click “Manage email preferences”
- Choose the type of emails you would like to receive from us (app updates, promo offers, etc.)
From the app 📱
- Open the Fishing Points app
- Go to Menu > Manage account & profile
- Tap “Email preferences”
- Toggle ON/OFF “Newsletters, offers”
Didn’t find the link or still receiving emails?
- Make sure you’re unsubscribing from the exact email address that’s receiving our newsletters.
- If you have multiple accounts or email addresses, you may need to unsubscribe from each separately.
- If the problem persists, please contact our support team at support@fishingpoints.app and provide the email address you wish to remove from our list.
