This article covers how to save fishing spots (Locations), edit coordinates, understand save slot limits, and navigate to your saved Locations.
How to save Locations
There are several ways to save a location:
1. Long-press on the map > Tap the top-right button to finish
2. On the main map screen, tap the white “+” button in the bottom-right > Select “Save current location”
3. Open Locations in your Menu > Tap the blue “New location” button in your bottom-right
4. Find a Point of Interest symbol on the map (boat ramp, fish attractor, etc.) > Open its details > Select “Save as location”
5. Tap your current GPS location > Select “Save as new location”
6. Tap anywhere on the map > “About this location” menu opens > Select “Save location”
7. Add catches whilst in Anchor mode > Tap “x” button to exit > Select “Save as new location”
💡Only for Android users: Options 2, 3, and 6 allow coordinate customisation before saving.
Save slot limitation 
- Premium users: Unlimited saved Locations, Trotlines, and Trolling paths
- Free users: Limited to 5 saved items (combined total)
Who has access to my saved Locations?
Only you have access to your saved Locations and catches. Everything you save in Fishing Points is completely private and visible only to you.
