Purchased Premium, but it’s not activated
If you completed your purchase but still don’t have access to Premium features, please reach out to us at support@fishingpoints.app. Make sure to include the email address linked to your Fishing Points account so we can help you as quickly as possible.
After device change
Your subscription and saved data are tied to your Fishing Points account (your email address). If you changed devices, make sure you're logged in with the same account used for the purchase.
✅ To check your account info:
- Open the Fishing Points app
- Go to Menu > Manage account & profile
- View your account email under your name
- If applicable, tap Logout to switch accounts
If you are not currently signed in, please sign in to your account before proceeding.
If you're logged in with the correct account and still don’t have access to Premium or saved locations, send us an email at support@fishingpoints.app with your account email so we can take a closer look.
