This usually happens if you’re logged into the wrong or no account at all. Double-check that you’re using the correct account to sync/transfer your data.
✅ You can verify which account you're using (if any) following the steps below:
- Open the Fishing Points app > Menu > Manage account & profile
- Check your email address displayed under your name
