Canceling your subscription

If you have decided to cancel your subscription, the easiest way is to do it directly in your device settings and Store app. Read below the instructions for iOS and Android subscription cancellation.

 Cancelling subscription on iOS

To cancel the subscription on your iOS device, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions)
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew)

Cancelling subscription on Android

To cancel your subscription on your Android device, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
5. Tap  Cancel subscription
6. Follow the instructions

Cancelling subscription on desktop

To cancel your subscription on desktop, follow the steps below:

1. Open our Web app in your desktop browser
2. Click your account icon in the bottom-left corner
3. In the Account tab, select Manage subscription in the Subscription status section
4. You’ll be redirected to your subscription page on Paddle’s website
5. Click the Cancel subscription button and follow the on-screen instructions

All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period.

If there are no subscriptions or if Fishing Points isn’t among the apps you are subscribed to, it means that you don’t have a subscription under your current Apple ID, Google or Paddle account.

⚠️ Note: You can only cancel your subscription through the Web App if your original purchase was made there. If you subscribed via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, your subscription must be managed and cancelled directly through those platforms.
