Refund request on iOS
Unfortunately, we can’t manage or control your subscription and payments as Apple doesn’t provide us access to your billing information. A decision on the refund must be made by Apple. But we’ll be happy to guide you through requesting a refund.
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password
- Tap or click "I'd like to"
- Choose "Request a refund"
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose "Next"
- Choose "Fishing Points", then choose "Submit"
You will then receive an email from Apple with a decision. Apple typically processes requests within a few days.
Android refund request
To issue a refund, we need the order number. When you subscribed, you should have received a confirmation email that you can use as a receipt. You will find your order number on this receipt.
If you can’t find your confirmation email, you can get a receipt online:
- Visit pay.google.com and sign in with your Google account
- On the left, tap Subscriptions and services
- Tap Manage → View transactions
- Identify and select the transaction you want refunded
- Select an order to see your receipt
- Provide the transaction ID (formatted as GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX..X.)
Please tap Contact us at the bottom of the page or send an email to support@fishingpoints.app and send us the transaction ID. We’ll proceed with issuing a refund.
Desktop refund request
Regarding refund requests for purchases made through our Web App, please reach out to us directly at support@fishingpoints.app. When contacting us, be sure to include the email address linked to your Fishing Points account. This will help us quickly locate your purchase and process your request.
